Wear OS: open work before release

Status: the app is built and matches the WatchApp spec (../specs/watchapp/), verified on the emulator against local Rails. This plan holds only what is still open. When an item ships, its behaviour goes into the spec and the item is deleted here.

Store runbook: ../../apps/android/play/README.md.

# Item Exit criterion
1 On-the-water spike on a real Pixel Watch: GPS at 1 Hz, barometer, wet screen Battery per hour measured; touch lock and disabled swipe-to-dismiss behave on a wet screen. Go / no-go.
2 Battery follow-up: record through Health Services ExerciseClient (ExerciseType.SAILING) instead of a location foreground service, if item 1 shows it's needed. Also closes the backup-recording gap (parity P7). Same spec behaviour, lower battery use.
3 Server fix before going public: pairing takeover by device_uid (device API, Known deviations). Fixed in apps/server, test added.
4 Play internal testing track, then Play review. Internal-testing build used on the water.

Decisions already taken (and why) live in the spec's ### Wear OS sections: Controls page instead of crown press, touch lock, stems as START / BACK, Fused Location in a foreground service, SharedPreferences + files, requested network per HTTP call.
